Scope
These Terms govern the short-term rental of Elaiodentron Eco House in Crete, Greece.
By completing a booking, the guest fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.
Booking Process
A reservation is considered valid only after:
- Availability confirmation
- Deposit payment via PayPal
- Written confirmation sent by email
Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is three (3) nights.
During high-demand periods, a longer minimum stay may apply, as indicated in the booking calendar/form.
Deposit & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
Payments are securely processed through PayPal. Card details are not stored on our website.
The remaining balance is payable according to the instructions sent to the guest prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date: The deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: The deposit is non-refundable.
No-show: The deposit is non-refundable.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.
Guests are advised to have travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 12:00
Different times may be arranged upon prior agreement and subject to availability.
Property Capacity
The maximum permitted occupancy is four (4) guests.
In addition, one (1) infant may be accommodated upon prior notice, with a travel cot or baby bed provided in the main bedroom.
Exceeding the maximum number of occupants is not allowed without prior written approval.
Guest Responsibility
Guests agree to:
- respect the property,
- avoid damages,
- observe quiet hours,
- comply with the declared occupancy limit.
Any damages caused during the stay may result in additional charges.
Insurance & Liability
The property operates in accordance with applicable short-term rental regulations and maintains public liability insurance coverage.
Insurance coverage applies to incidents related to the lawful use of the property and within the limits set out in the insurance policy.
The Business is not liable for accidents caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to comply with these Terms.
Force Majeure
The Business is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law.
