Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the short-term rental of the accommodation Elaiodentron Eco House in Crete, Greece.
By completing a booking, the guest fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.
Booking Process
Bookings are made through the online booking form on this website.
- Selection of available dates in real time
- Completion of booking details
- Immediate payment of the required deposit
- Automatic confirmation sent by email
A booking is considered confirmed only after the successful completion of payment.
Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is three (3) nights.
During high-demand periods, a longer minimum stay may apply, as indicated in the booking calendar.
Deposit & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm the booking and must be paid immediately through the online booking form.
Payments can be made using one of the available methods: credit/debit card via a secure payment environment (Stripe) or via PayPal. Card details are not stored on this website.
All payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers (Stripe and PayPal).
The remaining balance will be settled according to instructions sent to the guest prior to arrival.
If payment is not completed, the booking will not be considered valid and the selected dates may be released.
Payment via bank transfer (IBAN) may be arranged upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date: The deposit is fully refunded.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date: The deposit is non-refundable.
In case of no-show: The deposit is non-refundable.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Guests are advised to have travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 12:00
Different times may be arranged upon prior agreement and subject to availability.
Accommodation Capacity
The maximum capacity of the accommodation is four (4) persons.
Additionally, one (1) infant can be accommodated upon prior request, with a baby cot available in the main bedroom.
Exceeding the maximum number of guests is not permitted without prior written approval.
Guest Responsibilities
The guest is required to:
- use the property with care and respect,
- avoid causing damage,
- respect quiet hours,
- comply with the declared occupancy.
Any damage caused during the stay may result in additional charges.
Insurance & Liability
The property operates in accordance with applicable short-term rental regulations and is covered by mandatory civil liability insurance, as required by Greek law.
The insurance coverage applies to incidents related to the lawful and intended use of the accommodation and within the limits specified in the insurance policy.
The coverage does not include damages or incidents resulting from negligence, misuse, non-compliance with these terms, or unlawful actions by guests.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused during their stay and is required to compensate accordingly.
Force Majeure
The property shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with Greek law.
